This turner's slip-resistant, molded polypropylene handle allows a strong and sure grip. The blade is made of precision ground, high carbon, stain-free steel, and is flexible enough for easy maneuvering, but stiff enough to flip heavier foods. NSF Listed.

    We love our little Mercer. The cooks freak out if they can't find this to flip the crabcakes... nice sharp edge and small size to get under item or cut through a lasagna or casserole.
