Customer questions about this product
- What are the benefits of using a carbon steel turner?
- Carbon steel turners are better performers than stainless steel but are more likely to rust if not cared for properly. To prevent your carbon steel turner from rusting, we recommend oiling and seasoning it like a cast iron skillet to remain rust free.
Easily flip sandwiches and burgers with this Mercer M18720 Millennia 6" x 3" turner. Straight, sharp edges make this turner perfect for turning juicy cuts of meat, or scraping burned-on particles from your griddle.
This turner's slip-resistant, molded polypropylene handle allows a strong and sure grip. The blade is made of precision ground, high carbon, stain-free steel, and is flexible for easy maneuvering, but stiff enough to flip heavier foods. Additionally, this turner is highly durable and won't bend at the handle. NSF Listed.

I need another one of these, just put it on my wish list. I have used this spatula for Everything, many of the non food related to the point where it will not go back in my kitchen. Problem with being a former restaurant manager, we make do with what we have sometimes. This is one strong spatula, and I really like the plastic handle. I have really gotten away from wood. I think I will order 2 for the kitchen, dip the tip of the old one in enamel paint and keep on truckin~ Fabulous spatula.
