With a handle that can stand temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, this Mercer M18360 Hell's Handle high heat 8" x 3" square edge turner has a 45% to 50% higher melting point and absorbs 50% less heat than traditional handled turners. Additionally, it's designed to remain cool to the touch longer than polypropylene. The slip-resistant, dimpled handle is molded for comfort and features a dual-textured finish for extra grip and slip-resistance.

Flattened, straight edges of the large blade easily scoop up burgers, sandwiches, and more from the grill, or flip larger cuts of meat. Sharp enough to scrape the built-up grease from a griddle, this square edge turner is sure to become a favorite tool in your commercial kitchen. NSF Listed.
