Clean and Sanitize

First use the powerful Formula D spray degreaser to clean the slicer, and then sanitize with the Noble Chemical QuikSan spray sanitizer. In addition to these solutions, this kit also contains LubriQuik food grade silicone spray to keep all the working parts of your slicer operating smoothly.

Cleaning Wand

The kit comes with Carlisle's innovative Easy Slicer cleaning wand and a pack of 60 scrub pads. Thanks to its long handle and angled design, the wand lets you remove food particles and fluids from your slicer's blade without disassembling the machine. Simply attach the scrub pads to the wand and the blade can be cleaned from a safe distance.

Convenient Caddy Storage

By storing all your tools and cleaning supplies into the included caddy until they are needed, your employees won't have to spend time searching for the right degreaser or brushes.

Cut-Resistant Glove
