Equip your Master Prep Chef wedger base with this Matfer Bourgeat 215619 Master Prep Chef 8 segment corer and wedger. With a lightweight plastic design, this green assembly set features a blade assembly and push block. Both pieces easily secure to the base (sold separately) for use; the push block attaches to the top of the base's middle, and the blade assembly attaches to the bottom. Just place an apple, pear, or other piece of produce on the blades, and push down on the base handle. The pusher head will force the fruit into the blades, resulting in a cored product in 8 precise and uniform segments each and every time!

Because the assemblies are both green, you'll be able to quickly identify it if using the other available assemblies (sold separately). The push block is even marked with "8" to further simplify identification. To help streamline alignment of both pieces, the blade assembly features arrows on 3 sides.
