Easily create delicious, fresh sausage links with this European style manual sausage stuffer! The vertical design is great for operations where space is at a premium, and the sturdy stainless steel tube holds up to 30 lbs of meat. Thanks to the manual crank handle, you can easily push ground sausage through one of the four included funnel sizes (10, 20, 30, and 40 mm) to fill casings of your choice. For maximum performance, this sausage stuffer boasts an enclosed two speed gearing to drive the piston. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

    This is a great tool for making sausages in a more handcrafted manner. It really makes a difference because it works the sausage as little as possible and produces a more tender item.
