Not only does it feature 3 shelves for storing and transporting boxes, ingredients, tools, and other supplies, the top and middle shelf are each built with a 2 3/4" high edge. This prevents contents from falling off during transport, keeping them safely contained when on the move. The bottom shelf is flat with a small retaining lip to serve a similar purpose, but to make it easy to load heavier, bulky items. Together, the shelves accommodate up to 400 lb. of evenly distributed weight.

For long-lasting convenience in commercial settings, from warehouses and schools to hotel kitchens and casinos, the cart is made of tough, molded plastic that won't stain, scratch, dent, or rust. It even includes a built-in handle for ergonomic transport. To enable smooth mobility, (4) 4" casters make it easy to navigate down narrow hallways and cramped store rooms.
