This pan features a Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote® finish that provides permanent stick resistance to ensure easy release. The Tuff-Kote® finish eliminates the need for pre-seasoning, and the dark pan finish bakes hotter and faster than bare aluminum, producing an excellent crust with consistent, even baking.
