PrisonBilt products are specifically designed and engineered to meet the needs of corrections facilities. Made to be tamper-resistant, eliminate pry points, and take the punishment of heavy-duty use, this cart has an all-welded construction with special heavy-duty casters.

This model features an all-welded aluminum construction and utilizes 1 3/4" thick square tubing so that it can withstand heavy loads. Since it is made of aluminum, it resists corrosion so that it can be used in nearly any environment. Whether you need to transport heavy loads in dry or cold storage areas, this cart is made to do the job.

The heavy-duty caster design means that they can take heavy loads and they utilize special tamper-resistant screws that require a specialized tool to remove. They also allow the cart to move easily over uneven and rough surfaces. This cart has a load capacity of 1500 lb. of evenly distributed weight per shelf, with its total rolling weight capacity coming in at approximately 2000 lb.
