A valuable addition to any institutional foodservice operation, this pellet will keep your meals warm and ready for serving after just 1 hour and 45 minutes of heating in your Lakeside convection heated plate dispenser. The Safe-Rim design prevents hands and wrists from being exposed to the pellet's hot surface, protecting both your employees and guests from experiencing an injury during use.

Featuring a 20 gauge stainless steel construction and a wax interior core, this pellet is seam-welded and hermetically sealed to provide durability and long-lasting use. It accommodates most 9" diameter round narrow-rim china plates.
