It boasts a powerful motor that can achieve 3.0 peak hp, with low, medium, and high speed options on a dial control that employees of all skill levels can use with ease. Simple toggle switches control the start / stop functions, and let you pulse at low or high speeds to fine-tune the consistency to exactly where you want it. Since multi-tasking is a must on a busy shift, the dial control can also be used as a timer from 5 - 60 seconds, allowing you to set the blender to work while you take care of other drink orders or prepare garnishes and finishing touches. When using the timer mode, the blender starts at a low RPM and gradually ramps up to higher blend speeds.

The 60 oz. BPA-free blender jar is perfect for large drinks and doing multiple orders at once, while the stainless steel blade provides a smooth, consistent texture by pulling ingredients into the vortex at four different angles. It even comes with a built-in measuring cap so you can add ingredients to your recipe as you blend. The Intelli-Speed motor control system will sense the contents of your blender jar and automatically maintain the optimal speed to power through all of your hottest-selling drinks.
