Crafted from imported Japanese AUS6M stainless steel, the knives' blades are built to provide you with the ability to create smooth, accurate cuts. Plus, they have a hammered finish that helps assist with food release and prevent drag when cutting. Resistant to corrosion and wear, these knives are also constructed with a full tang and riveted handle. Plus, the polyoxymethylene handles provide a comfortable, secure grip for safe handling. They are also extremely durable and won't crack or separate from the blade, thus extending the life of your knives.
