This jerky shooter is used to make delicious jerky strips, and has a food- grade, easy-to-clean, aluminum cylinder for the meat that has a 1 1/2 lb. capacity. This item comes with one 1/2" round nozzle, one 1 3/16" x 3/16" flat nozzle, and a cleaning brush. This jerky shooter is designed with a heavy-duty drive and plastic coated steel handle, stainless steel rod, and heavy plastic piston.
