The solid white worktop has a large working space and is exceptionally easy to clean. The unit features anti-fog glazing all around with a safety glass pane opening at the top, which will lessen the frequency by which the glass must be cleaned throughout the day. Backlit by LED interior lighting, the clear glass display shines brilliantly under the work surface and at the front of the unit. Install and maneuver the freezer with ease on the attached swivel casters with brakes, accompanied by height-adjustable feet. The Oneshow series is uniquely designed for clear polycarbonate 5L gelato pans (not included) for customers to get an expanded view of your gelato creations.

The unit runs on R290 natural dual-circuit refrigerant, which is a highly pure propane with nominal environmental impacts. This freezer runs on an airtight hermetic compressor which ensures no leakage of the working fluid outside of the compressor. With thick 60 mm insulation and front-breathing ventilation, this freezer saves crucial energy costs and is designed with durability in mind. The freezer features the ideal temperature range for scooping and serving gelato and can be adjusted for a range of -4 to 35.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature settings for proper product temperature are easily accessed by an electronic control panel. The Oneshow Free gelato freezer from ISA is an expertly designed freezer with exceptional style that sacrifices no functionality. This unit requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
