This InterMetro C599-SFS-U insulated Holding / Proofing Cabinet is easy to use and understand. The InterMetro C599-SFS-U also gives operators the control to hold food better. Temperature and relative humidity are constantly measured, maintained, and displayed. Food safety is addressed by the Temperature Priority feature. This cabinet offers greater capacity of food product with 1-1/2" slide spacing and more slides provided standard. It is designed for the heavy-duty use of commercial kitchens. High-quality components and construction provides a long life of worry-free use. In addition, all the smooth surfaces, coved base, and easy-to-wipe drip trough make cleaning fast and easy.
