Upgrade your restaurant's cooking capabilities by adding this Imperial Range IHPA-8-48 48" liquid propane countertop hot plate to your commercial kitchen. This unit boasts (8) 32,000 BTU PyroCentric™ cast iron, anti-clogging burners with a low-simmer option, and a standing pilot light for instant ignition. With two rings of flame, this unit ensures even heating regardless of pan size.

The 12" x 12" cast iron top grates are durable for long-lasting use and are safe to lift-off for quick cleaning. They are designed to make it easy to slide pots across the sections or onto the landing ledge. Plus, with an anti-clogging pilot, the grates are protected from grease and debris for safe use.

The unit has a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams and a 5" large landing edge ideal for plating. The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands for added safety. It also has a full width removable crumb tray for easy cleaning at the end of the day. Complete with 4" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet, this unit can easily be placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. A liquid propane connection is required for operation.
