With 4 cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook four stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time! Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Plus, each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition.

With two sections of removable, cast iron top grates, this unit is easy to clean and convenient to use. This unit boasts a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams and die cast metal control knobs. For added convenience, this hot plate comes equipped with a full-width, removable crumb tray, which helps to make cleanup a breeze! The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. Complete with 4" heavy-duty legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
