These Tater Tumblers are quick and easy to reconstitute and prepare, cutting down on prep time and skilled labor costs in your busy kitchen. To prepare, measure 2 quarts of hot (not boiling) water into a 1 gallon mixing bowl, then add the entire package of Tumblers to the bowl, using a spoon or wire whip to thoroughly wet the mixture. Let stand 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully hydrated. Mix well, then portion out the tumblers using a #60 scoop. Fry the Tumblers at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 minutes until the outside is golden brown and the inside is piping hot. Each packet yields 120 prepared Tater Tumblers.
