This Hubbell PT56 liquid propane 3 gallon compact ventless booster heater is an innovative solution to ensuring that your kitchen tools, cookware, and dinnerware are safe and sanitary after washing! Boasting a unique ventless design, the unit can be installed in tight spaces where other boost heaters can't, such as beneath a dish tables in the designated warewashing area. Plus, its stainless steel exterior jacket and base keep the unit protected and free from corrosion, promoting long-lasting performance, even in heavy use applications.

Ideal for both low and high temperature functions, this booster heater ensures that water heats to the proper 180 degrees Fahrenheit for food-safe sanitizing. It achieves this by heating 75 GPH from 110 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, or 132 GPH from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For maximum performance, the unit features a 3 gallon accumulator tank as well as a stainless steel thermal expansion tank to allow water to expand safely in the high heat environment. The unit features patented VariFlame technology, which is a temperature control system that eliminates the need for a standing pilot and boosts the overall efficiency of the unit, providing greater performance with less energy!

This booster heater includes a range of features engineered with safety in mind. For instance, the ECO high temperature shut off immediately powers down the unit if it reaches unsafe temperatures for operation. In this case, you can use the manual reset to easily restore the machine and continue operation once in safer conditions. Another great safety feature of this booster heater is the brass pressure reducing valve, which is supplied with each booster heater. A finned tube copper heat exchanger, a temperature and pressure relief valve, and two temperature and pressure gauges are included, as well.

This unit stands on 6" plastic legs, providing enough clearance for installation on the floor of your kitchen or dish washing area. Even though this booster heater does not require venting, consult your local code to determine if ventless operation is permitted. The unit requires a 115V electric connection and a liquid propane gas connection for operation.
