Streamline food preparation with the Hoshizaki WF27B 27" worktop freezer with 1 door. Featuring a spacious stainless steel work surface for slicing, dicing, assembling, and mixing, this heavy-duty unit is made to simplify prep and cold storage. It's designed with a backsplash, preventing food particles from falling behind the unit during prep.

Beneath the worktop is additional storage space, with 1 self-closing, spring-assisted, stay open door with a "stepped" design that guards the door gasket when products are removed from the inside. The field reversible door and cabinet feature 2" CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, making it great for storing all your frozen ingredients. Not to mention, the magnetic gasket design and extruded aluminum flush mount door handle make maintenance and operation easier. The additional space also comes with 1 epoxy-coated shelf that is adjustable in 1/2" increments.

With an innovative air distribution system that promotes even cooling, this freezer is engineered to maintain food safe, NSF-7 temperatures even when ambient temperatures reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses a 1/5 hp front breathing refrigeration system and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. This freezer even boasts an enamel-coated evaporator coil and hot gas condensate removal system, ensuring that humidity is removed from the unit at all times.
