Beneath the worktop is additional storage space, with 2 self-closing, spring-assisted, stay open doors with a "stepped" design that guards the door gaskets when products are removed from the inside. The field reversible doors and cabinet feature 2" CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, making them great for keeping all your ingredients cold until use. Not to mention, the magnetic gasket design and extruded aluminum flush mount door handles make maintenance and operation easier. The additional space also comes with 2 epoxy-coated shelves that are adjustable in 1/2" increments.

With an innovative air distribution system that promotes even cooling, this refrigerator is engineered to maintain food safe, NSF-7 temperatures even when ambient temperatures reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses a 1/6 hp front breathing refrigeration system and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business.
