Designed to work with an 80 qt. bowl on Hobart HL800 and HL1400 all-purpose Legacy mixers, this PPASTRY-HL80 "P" tinned pastry knife cuts through the thickest of dough to easily combine ingredients, making it the ideal tool for mixing pastry and pie dough. For stirring, this product's recommended setting is low speeds; for cutting, its recommended setting is medium speeds.
