This unit can process up to 88 lb. per minute or 3,000 portions per day for ultimate efficiency that is perfect for your high-volume operation. It is operated by a 1 hp motor with planetary drive, and a 500 RPM plate speed. Two stationary front legs and two rear legs with casters offer both stability and ease of mobility. The reliable stainless steel construction makes this unit a durable addition to your kitchen.
