This 20 qt. plastic bowl is designed for use on Hobart HL200 Legacy series mixers. This plastic mixing bowl is ideal for mixing a variety of ingredients such as bread dough, cake batter, icing, pasta, mashed potatoes, and many others. Use it for light-duty use in your bakery, pastry shop, or restaurant kitchen when needing an economical bowl that can hold 5 gallons. Additionally, this bowl's plastic construction makes it a lot lighter than comparable stainless steel bowls, so you and your staff don't have to strain as hard to carry heavy bowls of dough and batter.
