The White Glove agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment within a four hour window, which gives you the flexibility to work around your busy schedule and to prepare the space where your item will be placed. Upon delivery, trained professionals will unload your item from the truck, bring it into the room of choice, unpack the item and remove all packaging debris from the premises.
Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. If on-site time beyond 30 minutes is required, you may be responsible for additional fees. Additionally, this service does not include set-up of the items being delivered.

Boasting outstanding power and a large product capacity, this Hobart EDGE-12 12" manual meat slicer replaces the Hobart EDGE-1 as the perfect solution for medium-duty slicing applications! This model comes with an extra large product tray and slide rod extension so you can feed even large loaves of meat and cheese, while its 12" diameter chrome plated carbon steel knife and Borazon sharpening stone guarantee a clean cut and a sharp edge every time. A new and improved 1/2 HP motor provides added power for slicing cheese, and a wide, 11 1/2" carriage span allows a smooth glide and easier operation compared to the EDGE-1. A number of safety features, like gauge plate and carriage interlock systems, ensure employee safety during use and cleaning. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

This model replaced a 15 year old mid-tier Berkel, and we are highly disappointed with it. Three service calls so far, and it's only been a few months. We should have stuck with a Berkel, or Hobarts high end models.
