Designed to work with a 60 qt. bowl on H600, P660, L800, M802, and V1401 all-purpose mixers, this Hobart DWHIP-SST060 "D" stainless steel wire whip is perfect for gently mixing ingredients like cream and egg whites while infusing them with air for a light, delicate texture to create delicious meringues, souffles, and more! This product's recommended setting is second and third speeds for 3-speed mixers, and third and fourth speeds for 4-speed mixers.
