The Hobart DWHIP-HL1486 60 qt. "D" wire whip is designed for use with 60 qt. bowls on Hobart HL800 and HL1400 Legacy mixers. This durable stainless steel whip is designed to blend maximum amounts of air into light products, making it ideal for creating luscious whipping cream or beating egg whites. It's great to have an extra on hand to reduce downtime during busy periods in your commercial kitchen or bakery! This product's recommended settings are second and third speeds for 3 speed mixers, or third and fourth speeds for 4 speed mixers. See Companion Items for compatible mixing bowls.
