The Hobart BBEATER-ALU040 40 qt. "B" flat beater is designed for use with 40 qt. bowls on Hobart H600, P660, L800, M802, and V1401 classic mixers. This reliable aluminum beater is a multi-purpose agitator that easily mixes cake batter, mashed potatoes, and more. It's great to have an extra on hand to reduce downtime during busy periods in your commercial kitchen or bakery! This product's recommended settings are first speed for starting and medium speed for finishing.
