This Hobart 84186-1 food processor with #12 hub features an 18" stainless steel bowl, with 20 RPM bowl rotation. The 84186-1 has cutlery-grade, stainless steel knives that rotate at 1725 RPM, with a stainless steel knife comb and 3" stainless steel legs with rubber feet. On the 84186-1, you can remove the bowl cover, knives and bowl without the use of tools, and it also features a safety lock for the bowl cover. For durability and sanitary purposes, the 84186-1's housing is 1-piece, burnished aluminum, and contains no cracks or crevices to allow food product to hide and cross-contaminate. This 84186- 1 has a 6' flexible cord, a 1 hp motor and is 115/60/1. NSF listed. The warranty on this 84186-1 is 1 year on parts, labor and mileage against manufacturer's defects.
