Smoothly cut any type of cheese with this durable, heavy-duty cheese blocker. With a floating wire design, this blocker will ensure that blocks of cheese are cleanly sliced and ready to sell or add to a recipe! The wire is secured with a hook on the bottom of the platform and fed through the bottom-mounted pulley system. By pulling up on the handle, the wire raises above the platform. To cut, lower the wire and pull it through the cheese.

For your convenience, this blocker will slice through cheese blocks of various sizes due to its long wire. Plus, thanks to the thin opening running the length of the blocker, the wire lifts from below when needed, but stores safely against the unit when not in use. Non-slip rubber feet ensure that the blocker stays safely in place while you cut.
