Its sleek, stainless steel build with crystal-clear front and side glass panels maximize visibility and heat retention and offer an added level of food safety, locking in freshness and flavor. Heat is maintained through both the base and overhead, so warmth is evenly distributed throughout the food. For ease of use, a single on / off switch controls the temperature of all the shelves. Plus, the 3 shelves feature LED lights to accentuate the crispy crust and highlight the bubbly cheese, motivating customers to buy pizza on-the-spot. When paired with the PSH-55D (sold separately), storage capacity and overall functionality increase. This unit requires 120/208-240V for operation and produces an output of 4100W.
