This Hatco IRNG-BXC1-18 countertop induction range combines the benefits of fast, flameless induction cooking with sleek styling and easy-to-use controls. This model boasts a patterned black, glass-ceramic top that helps prevent noticeable scratches and provides excellent durability while still looking great, and its wide design can accommodate induction-ready pots and pans that have a bottom diameter between 4" and 11 3/4" wide. And since it can muster 1800W of cooking power, you can use it for all of your cooking needs from stir frys to stock pots. The cookware must have a flat bottom to work properly. Because it uses induction to heat the cooking vessel, this range maximizes efficiency and safety - there is no open flame, minimal ambient heat, and you won't have to change out fuel canisters like on a butane range.

Perfect for front-of-house use, this model features an extremely quiet fan that won't bother customers while in use, and keeps the electronics cool and safe.
