Hatco FS2HAC-15 Details

This Hatco FS2HAC-15 Flav-R-Savor heated air curtain cabinet combines the heated storage capabilities of a traditional holding cabinet with doorless convenience of an air curtain to make holding hot foods and filling orders easy and efficient! The patented duct system works by forcing warm air downward through ducts located at the front and rear of the unit, creating a "curtain" of heated air over the opening that locks warm air on the inside, keeping foods at temperatures between 80 - 200 degrees Fahrenheit without the hassle of opening and closing a door. This makes it ideal for holding pre-made foods that are assembled to make an order - employees can quickly grab the items and sides they need to finish an order and get customers their food, faster!

This cabinet includes a removable nickel-plated wire rack that holds up to (6) 1/3 size food pans up to 4" deep (sold separately). It also has a removable crumb tray to make cleaning easy, while a touch screen control with temperature and timer displays makes it easy to follow safety protocols and make sure that your foods are held under optimal conditions. A USB port is included for firmware updates. It comes with a cord and plug on the back of the unit (top right side) and requires a 120V electrical connection.
