Keep a continuous supply of hot, sanitized rinse water available at all times with this Hatco 3CS-4B 4.5 kW sanitizing potwashing sink heater! Perfect for kitchen warewashing areas with limited space, this sink heater works by drawing water from the sink's bowl into a reservoir, where the temperature is boosted to proper sanitizing levels. The water then moves to a second reservoir, which traps soil and sediment before the heated water is flushed back into the sink. This process helps speed up manual warewashing tasks and reduces the amount of chemicals needed, leading to consistently cleaner dishware and glassware. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and important installation requirements. A sizing chart is included at the end of the Spec Sheet to help you match the correct sink heater to your needs.

Water Quality Requirements: Incoming water exceeding 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) must be treated and softened before being supplied to the water heater. Water containing over 3.0 GPG will decrease the efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit. Product failure caused by liming or sediment buildup is not covered under warranty.
