It's easy to pour and lets you control the amount of water coming out and the speed at which it is poured. A small section on the top of the lid can be removed so that you can stick a thermometer (sold separately) directly in from the top for measuring accurate water temperatures. In between measuring temperatures, the handle features two small holes near its connection to the kettle that perfectly fits the rod of the thermometer for your convenience.

With a 34 oz. capacity, it is great for making several servings of coffee. It's made of durable stainless steel, so you can be sure this kettle will withstand the wear and tear that comes with being used in a busy establishment.
