For the best results we recommend blending only fresh or partially thawed frozen fruit. If using completely frozen fruit, we suggest a ratio of 1 ¼ parts liquid to 1 parts frozen fruit on high speed.

What is the proper technique for cleaning my blender jar?

Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.

This high performance Hamilton Beach HBH755R-CE Eclipse 48 oz. bar blender boasts a powerful 3 hp motor with drive coupling made entirely of metal to give your customers the smoothest, most delicious margaritas or daiquiris they've ever had. This blender comes with a BPA-free copolyester jar with an ABS lid, ensuring long-lasting use. The lid features a silicone seal and a Eastman Tritan™ filler cap. The jar features laser-etched measurement markings, allowing you to easily and accurately measure ingredients for the perfect mix.

The stainless steel blade design continuously forces your mixture into the blades, ensuring that there are never chunks of ice or other product left over at the end of the blending process. Instead of turning in a circular motion like tradition blenders, blades in the unique Wave-Action® system move up and out to pull ingredients from the top down for an even, consistent mix all the way through.

An incredibly versatile piece of equipment, this blender comes pre-programmed with 100 blending cycles, so your staff can make consistent drinks every time. It also comes with a USB slot for custom programming made easy. Plus, its new Quiet Blend technology and Quiet Shield enclosure make it ideal for use in open kitchen or bar areas, as it reduces noise down to a conversation level.
