The rice cooker works as expected. . The automatic features works well, the cooker automatically switches off when the rice is done. Expect to have wastage as the rice consistently burn at the bottom but it is my understanding that most rice cookers function like this. We thought that we would have used this a lot in our small catering operations but reverted to steaming rice in pots on the stove top which yielded excellent results without wastage.

we bought this cooker because it said 60 cups. it's high quality, but smaller than what we expected. 60 cups means after full cooked rice.

Talk about perfect rice! I put a little salt and white pepper and stir it up after rinsing the jasmine rice i use for a tikka marsala dish it works perfect every times no hassle.
