The Alfa PM-1 manual hamburger patty molding machine forms and ejects a wax-sheeted patty in one operation. The body of the PM- 1 is polished, die-cast aluminum. The PM-1 holds up to 100 sheets of wax paper, and the mold and knock-out discs are interchangeable. The PM-1 is capable of molding 4-5 patties per pound of meat, and the machine measures 12 1/4" x 7 3/4" x 5 1/2".

Comes with one plastic liner. Extra cloth liners are sold separately. Patty paper is also sold separately and listed below.
