The PM-1 manual hamburger patty molding machine forms and ejects a wax-sheeted patty in one operation. The body of the PM-1 is made of polished, die-cast aluminum. The PM-1 holds up to 100 sheets of wax paper, and the mold and knock-out discs are interchangeable. The PM-1 is capable of molding 4-5 patties per pound of meat, and the machine measures 12 1/4" x 7 3/4" x 5 1/2".

Two molds are included with the PM-1 patty machine. The small mold will hold up to 2.7 oz. of meat. The large mold will hold up to 4 oz. of meat. It also comes with one plastic liner. Cloth liners and patty paper are sold separately. See Companion Items for cloth liners and patty paper.

    Hamburger Press / Patty Molding Machine

    Item works just as well as the thousand dollar automatic units out there. Hamburger comes off automatically and stacks one on top of the other. very nice
