Since this unit is a complete set, it includes added benefits when compared to standalone workbenches. It includes an 8-outlet power strip to plug in tools and equipment. Constructed of 1 3/4" thick strips of genuine maple hardwood, the work surface has a laminated coat. The wood is dried in a low-heat atmosphere for nearly a year to prevent warping. It is then cut into strips and glued edge to edge. Varying in width, some hardwood strips are single and some are double wide, giving the top added strength and reducing the risk of damage caused by splitting along its seams. The laminated top also helps resist water, and the oiled finish can be resurfaced easily, great for production and high use areas. Plus, thanks to its durable, heavy-duty 16-gauge steel frame with a black powder-coated finish, this bench is bound to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use.

This workbench features adjustable legs so you can adjust the work surface height from 30" to 36" for added versatility and convenience.
