With this floor pizza oven, you can increase your output without giving up half the kitchen! This deck oven features a high-range 300 degrees - 650 degrees F thermostat. It's equipped with an energy-saving Power Pak burner and baffle system that provides 120,000 BTU total for consistent performance and quick recovery time. Its unique interior design allows for better distribution of heat and baking ability. This unit has two gas connections.

This pizza oven is a compact 56" wide, includes 8" adjustable legs, and air-conditioned controls that are located on the side of the unit for accessibility.
