This stainless steel #2 food mill is used to strain or puree fruits and vegetables. Simply place the cooked fruits or vegetables in the #2 food mill and turn the crank!

The #2 food mill's semicircular blade sweeps, compresses, and scrapes the food, while the food mill's bar applies constant pressure against the cutting plate, retaining seeds, skin, and fibers.

This stainless steel food mill comes with four cutting plates that allow for a variety of textures from fine to coarse. The #2 food mill has a top diameter of 8" and a comfortable hollow handle. It will fit on any pan or bowl with a diameter of 5" or larger.
