This Tellier X3 5 qt. stainless steel #3 food mill is used to strain or puree fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, apples, carrots, potatoes and more. Simply place the cooked fruits or vegetables in the mill and turn the crank!
The semicircular blade sweeps, compresses, and scrapes the food, while the bar applies constant pressure against the cutting plate while retaining seeds, skin, and fibers.
This stainless steel #3 food mill comes with three cutting plates that allow for a variety of textures. The small cutting plate has 1.5 mm holes which is perfect for fruit sauces and tomato juice. The medium cutting plate has 2.5 mm holes which is great for purees and soups. And lastly, the large cutting plate has 4.0 mm holes which is made for stringy vegetables such as root crops, cooked lettuce, spinach leeks and more. This stainless steel #3 food mill has an output of approximately 3 lbs. per minute and will fit on any 7" diameter or larger receptacle.

Great stainless steel food mill, actually well-made in France! Works great for mashed potatoes, tomato sauce and other purees. Larger than my last one but would purchase again.

This food mill functions well. Its capacity is large enough for kitchen operations and makes pureeing produce easier. Easy to assemble and clean as well.

I always use this during the holiday season. Making apple sauce it my favorite item to use in the food mill. It catches the seeds and skins too.

This food mill is great for making gnocchi and creamy mashed potatoes! Really durable, but like any food mill...it's not the easiest to clean! Great product though!

This is a great and economical alternative to a food processor. especially if you plan on using it for mashed potatoes or refried beans. deffinetly worth the low price

Despite the lightweight design, this mill works better than any I've purchased, and has not broken despite very long use sessoions. I would definitely recommend this mill for anyone who needs to process small to medium quantities of product.

This was bought for and experiment to try out a re-fried bean recipe and is perfect for us, give the perfect texture to our beans and will never be using canned again

Initially I was unimpressed when I got this thing out of the box. It looks kind of cheapy and is pretty light-weight. But I must say it has exceeded expectations. It does exactly what it needs to do and hasn't given us any problems yet. We've used it mainly for apples and tomatoes so far. Can't beat the price - thanks.

We use this item everyday to make our spaghetti sauce. It works great for processing the carrots and tomatoes. We couldn't ask for a better price!
