To show off your sweets and baked goods, this model has four tiers of adjustable cantilevered white wire shelves. The shelves can be moved up and down as needed, and they also tilt to any one of two positions. Inside the cabinet, this unit also has bright, shielded top and shelf lights to illuminate your breads, pastries, and desserts to tempt passing customers.

As a dual-zone bakery display case, this unit features a refrigerated section on the bottom and a dry section on the top. This means you can display cold items like cream pies, fruit tarts, and cheesecake in the same case as non-refrigerated baked goods like muffins, cakes, bread, rolls, and cookies. This will allow you to show off more of your product while saving space!

So staff can easily serve customers throughout the day, this unit has sliding glass doors on the back. The doors can be removed for cleaning as needed. It uses R-513A refrigerant and the refrigeration system is easy to access from the rear of the unit for maintenance. The oversized coil and low velocity fan system provides a high humidity environment to maintain the quality of your product and keep it fresher, longer. The condensate evaporator also helps to make this unit completely self-contained, plus a condenser air filter is included. Overall, it has an output of 1/2 hp.

For durability and a professional appearance, this model has a coated steel base and black trim. The display deck is scratch-resistant and removable for easy cleaning. This display case is also designed for use in a continuous line up, making it the perfect choice if you are looking to add to your display lineup. It is designed to operate in a maximum of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% relative humidity. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
