Yes, some cheeses are not well-suited for electric graters due to their moisture content or soft texture. Cheeses like Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Monterey Jack are not recommended for electric grating as they have a higher moisture content and a softer texture, which can cause them to stick to the grater’s blades. Recommended cheeses are hard cheeses such as Pecorino Romano, Parmesan, and Grana Padano.

Which electric cheese grater is best for my operation?
