My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

It boasts a language neutral 5" display and push-dial that provides intuitive operation. This oven's memory holds up to 99 programs and a USB port provides the ability to both update and transfer programs.
This combination oven can hold up to 20 full size sheet pans or 40 steam table pans, with a holding capacity of a 160 kg prime boiled beef. With a temperature range of 86 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit and 8 cooking modes, this oven can cook a variety of dishes. The core temperature control for multi-point probe provides precise measurement of the core temperature from 32 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, control of cooking procedures, and error correction in case of false core temperature probe readings. It has the ability to steam, combi-steam, intensive-steam, vario-steam, convection cook, low-temperature cook, Delta-T cook, and regenerate. Plus, the boilerless steaming system reduces material, energy, and water consumption while also reducing cooking time and providing a hygienic steaming process.
This combination oven also boasts an automatic cleaning system that adjusts to the degree of soil, using minimal electricity, water, and cleaning agents. This gas oven requires a 3/4" gas connection, 3/4" water inlets, and a NEMA 5-15 plug. Upgrade your kitchen with this economical and ecological combination oven!
