Thanks to a stainless steel construction, you can be assured that this unit will last for years to come, and is also easy to clean and sanitize after use. For operations needing to process large amounts of bread, this unit can be used continuously thanks to its fan cooled motor. A convenient side chute allows the user to simply place a bag over the chute to grate bread correctly into the vessel that will be used to store the crumbs.
