With its durable, stainless steel body and built-in rechargeable battery, the Edlund EDL-10 digital scale is the portable portion control solution for your sandwich shop, pizzeria, or deli.

The highly customizable scale is easy to program and has up to six available capacity display options. Stainless steel exterior and interior housing plates provide moisture resistance to prevent corrosion, making clean up quick and easy.

Its ample 6" x 6 3/4" stainless steel weighing platform provides plenty of space for adding toppings to hoagies or personal pizzas, or even garnishing salads. The Edlund EDL-10 rechargeable digital portion control scale is NSF Listed. The battery has a 12 hour charge time, and an 80 hour charge life.
