The Edlund DCS-2 Five Star Series 32 oz. portion scale has built-in drop shock absorbers, which reduce strain on the scale's needle should products fall onto the platform accidentally. The portion scale also features reinforced internal mechanisms, a rotating dial, and a 30 degree window angle for easier viewing.
An oversized 7" x 8 3/4" stainless steel platform provides plenty of space to monitor portion sizes of fish, steak, or even deli meats and cheeses. The Edlund DCS-2 Five Star Series heavy-duty portion scale has a 32 oz. capacity.
