This baker's dough scale features all stainless steel 9" diameter platters, adjustable poise, and scale beam so you can measure your dough according to a set weight. It includes a full set of measuring weights for testing and calibration. And thanks to its baked epoxy finish and stainless steel construction, this scale is designed to stand up to the rigors of day-to-day use and wipe clean in no time.
