This model comes with a heavy-duty stainless steel product pusher rod so you can feed even the largest loaves of meat quickly, while its dual ergonomic handles make slicing a breeze. Its full 1/3 hp motor gives you all the power you need to efficiently slice through meat at your establishment. The scale platform included offers a space to place your meats and cheese as you slice them.

Beyond strength and ease of use, this meat slicer is incredibly easy to operate and maintain. It features a blue light that indicates when the slicer is running, along with a safety overload switch. You can even adjust the thickness of each cut with a simple ergonomic knob! When it's time to clean your machine, simply remove the slicer's carriage and stainless steel slice deflector. A special tool is also included to remove the blade. The slicer's sealing housing eliminates moisture damage, while its built-in dual stone sharpener ensures your blade will last for years to come.

This scale accommodates up to 10 lb. of food product. Plus, since it's field recalibratable, this scale is easy to adjust over time to ensure your measurements are consistently accurate.

This scale features a durable, all stainless steel design to ensure long-lasting performance, while the platform provides ample room for a variety of products and can be removed for easy cleaning. Because it's IP67 rated as dust tight and is protected against immersion in water up to one meter deep, this waterproof scale is great for weighing anything from fresh fish to leafy greens and produce.
